We bought another company assets, however a supplier of theirs wont sell to us until liabilities are resolved? - supplier of dalfour cream
Our company has recently acquired the assets of another company (not the liabilities). A dealer who purchased the company will not sell to the U.S. However, in order to govern the liabilities of the company, which owes to buy the company (the company that you bought, given money and suppliers).
The above could affect our business as a supplier is the only source for us and has been trained by our customers.
This provider can legally do this to us in this situation? If not, what does the law say?
