Hi l have just bought a Antony Worrill silicon muffin trays, with the view to use them for Yorkshire pudding.? - yorkshire pudding tray

My question is that I have to add oil before mixing?

No need to grease or oil to prevent sticking, add Yorkshire pudding, bowls of silicon are very good. You may want to put a little butter for flavor. Personally, I think not rated fat as I am still losing weight and to be honest, do not miss this addition. I make it into a delicious sauce to make with them.
