While green tea is good to take it without sugar.

As far as I know that there is absolutely no clinical evidence that tea helps you lose weight. You will lose weight if you eat less and exercise more. I know that nobody wants to hear it, but it's true. Green tea is great because - well, tasteful. Do not look for miracles in food or beverages. Go Eat less, more. It works.

their own beer at home. get a pot of tea and some green tea bags. hot beverages, sugar and lemon. There are many brands and flavors to choose from - so make sure that the actual green tea. do not buy bottled kind - have generally added sugar or other ingredients.
